ANSWER: We do not provide CD's or DVD's. All video and audio sessions are provided online for your immediate access anytime or anywhere you need it. You can, however, download specific sessions to a CD or IPod for your convenience. See below "How do you import a session to iTunes".

ANSWER: All sessions work both on Windows and Apple computers. You will also need high speed internet access (Cable, DSL, or Dish).

QUESTION: What happens after I order the program?
ANSWER: You receive two emails. The first email is a welcome email and confirms your registration. You will then receive the second email a few minutes after the first email and it provides you with your personal Access Code. You will be using this personal private code in order to use the Regenerate program.
QUESTION: What am I supposed to do with the Access Code?
ANSWER: Please go to www.nifar.com On the top right "enter access code" and click Submit.
Your code should be in all CAPS.

At the bottom there is a blue icon (looks like a blue credit card). Click on that.
The intro page to Regenerate program opens up.
All sessions are listed on the left column.
Each session has a 1 minute orientation video. First, watch the video. Second, listen to the audio session (RED button). Last, browse the PDF files associated with the session.
QUESTION: What happens if my audio player gets interrupted while playing?
ANSWER: If you do not have high speed internet access, Regenerate will not work. You should try to restart your computer, and reboot your modem. Just unplug the power cable from your modem for 30 seconds and plug it back again. After you perform all these tests and your issue is still not resolved, it is most likely because of delays or congestion on the Internet itself.
Try going to www.youtube.com and watch a video. Do you have the same problem there? If you do your internet connection needs to be repaired. Contact your internet provider (e.g. Comcast) and ask them to check your line and conduct a speed test on your line. You can also do a speed test yourself by clicking on www.streamingmediahosting.com/speedtest. The screen may go blank for a minute and not show you anything. Then you will see your speed test result. See test result under "Your Download Speed". Anything under 8 needs repair. A standard good speed is 10 and above.
QUESTION: How do I cancel my Free Trial of Regenerate program within the 5 days?
ANSWER: Go to www.recoverinprivate.com and on the upper right corner, click on "My Account". Enter the email address you used when you registered for the FREE Program, click "Submit" and follow the instructions. Assuming you cancel within the first 5 Days after you registered for your Free Trial, your credit card will not be charged
QUESTION: I went to cancel my Free Trial and the system would not allow me to cancel. What else can I do?
ANSWER: If you have passed beyond the five day trial period without prior cancellation, you have purchased the Regenerate program in accordance with the terms of the free trial at the time of your order - so the system will not allow you to cancel. QUESTION: How do you import a session to ITunes?
ANSWER: Only those sessions that have "Right Click to Save"can be downloaded.
Right click on the session and save it on your computer.
Open up ITunes
Click on File and select Add File to Library.
Locate the file on your computer and click Open
Click on Music folder in ITunes
Scroll down and to locate the file(s). The Artist is NIFAR and the Album is the name of the program you purchased (e.g. Regenerate).
Please note only the sessions you save are imported not the entire program. All sessions are not available for import.
QUESTION: What should I do if my family or loved one is abusing alcohol?
ANSWER: You need to purchase the Regenerate program for your loved one even if he/she is not yet ready to make a change. There are moments of opportunity in the drinker's life when they regret their actions or reflect on their drinking.
